Lower disconect bolt on sway bar
Ok I just got it done. This is a post more for the guy like me that thought oh I'll get thing out, without sucess. I heated,pounded,PB blasted, pretty much everything but drilling or grinding the head off. What I did do was give up. Yes I gave up, and went to go get a fountain drink and thought ummm??? I'm going to get to and see if a ice cold coke was enough to get the machanics across the street to let me use his air chisel. Guess what, he was into it. Within two shakes of a lambs tail it was done.

Could have gone to my buddies shop, but didn't want to do a 60 round trip, so......
