Lower Control Arms Installation
Hey everybody first of all, I would like to give everybody much kudos for all the great info for fabricating and repairing many things on my XJ. I have an 87' XJ Pioneer, 4dr, 4.0L rebuilt engine (6k on it). It has a 3in Rusty's lift including 4shocks, heavy duty leaf springs, and coil springs. I also installed swaybar quick disconnects. I never replaced the upper and lower control arms. I purchased some aftermarket LC arms and would like to know how do I know to adjust the height. I believe they are for 3-4in lifts. Do I need to adjust anything else for this matter? Appreciate the help.

If they're adjustable arms, loosen the jam nut, unscrew/screw end to desired length and tighten jam nut. If they're solid/non-adjustable arms, just install.
