Default lower control arms

Im getting ready to install zone offroads 3" lift this weekend my ?is do I need new lower control arms since there kit does not come with them

Yes.
As you move the body up the axle get pulled back.

Correct length or adjustable control arms will fix that.

Theres only a 1/4 difference between stock and 3 inch lift its not alot but it will keep front axle close to factory setting .If you do get new arms spend the extra bucks and get adjustables .That way if you go higher your still good . When ordering arms check into replacement bushings for them for future reference . Some are hard to come by.

Not necessary..but a nice addition for sure.

For decent, well performing short arms..hit up serious offroad for some RE superflex adjustables.

itde be a good idea, if you do though get adjustables, it will be worth it in the long run
