Default Lower control arm drop brackets or long arm conversion kit?

I have a 91 XJ with a 3.5 inch RE short arm lift kit. I am torn between the Rusty's Long arm upgrade and a control arm drop bracket kit. Anyone have any advice on pros and cons between these two, other than the obvious (price) differential? thanks in advance.

I love mine.
If you're gonna make a trail only rig, I'd go with the long arms.
Here's a video of my short arm drops.

If it's a trail rig only? I'd want long arms I'd my jeep was a weekend warrior. I'd put drop brackets on my jeep if it was a mall crawler only.. Even though they're good off road and plenty of people run them with no problems. They would not work for me in the rocks. It's all about your personal goals and usage. Both work in improving ride quality. So if that's your main goal, drop brackets are for you.

Snap.
Didn't mean to start an argument.
Just think short arms with the drop kit ride better for a daily ride with a low lift, and save you a lot of coin.
Sorry. Didn't mean to hit a nerve.

That's not an argument lol. I like the video btw. I always wanted to make a few shorts like that explaining different upgrades and installations but never had the patience.

You'll need it.
My Mac wants to play beach ball every time I try to edit a vid.

i got 4.5 inch lift on my xj and rocky road cad on stock control arms... it flexes good and the ride is awesome it handles good and i have no sway bars at all

i dont think i would go long arm unless its a trail only rig but that just my opinion from what i have read up on

long arms are just as beneficial on pavement as they are in the rocks
