Default Looking at RE or IRO new Springs,.. which ones to get?

Just like the title says. Im looking to redo my lift springs with a new set. Im looking at either Rubicon Express front RE1358 7.5" coil springs and rear RE1461 5.5" leaf springs. Or im looking at the IRO 6.5" front coil springs and the IRO 5.5" rear leaf springs. Which springs will last longer (Not Sag in a short amount of time) ,.. ride better, Flex better, and hold up to the extra weight of added bumpers and armour? Don't say Get Claytons, BDS, TnT, or some other outrageously priced company that I can't afford. Im on a pretty tight budget and have narrowed it down to these 2 companies. Would just like to hear from the crowd that have ACTUALLY run either of these two companies lift springs and what there opinions are of them.

Long before I started SOP i ran RE springs on my Heep, had set on my son's as well. Great ride when coupled with the correct shocks. Boomerang shackles help a lot as well.

So I'm sayin' RE FTW!

Hey thanks serious for your opinion. That's what im leaning toward are the RE springs. I have a set of there 3.5" front springs and rear leafs on my jeep now but with a 3" coil spacer and a 1.5" lift shackel and AAL with the rear leaf packs netting around 6.5" of lift total. But I had got the RE 3.5" kit used and don't know how old they are and how abused the springs were. So im looking to get rid of the front spacers and go to a full spring and just get a full leaf pack with just the Shackel to make up the difference to match the front. I like the RE springs I have now but can tell they need replaced.

Nope, no need to PM.
Simply go to the site and add 'em to your cart. Freight is shown before you pay for 'em.

No need to complete a purchase to see the freight.

The items will stay in your cart until you either purchase them or remove them.

It's called a Permanent cart and comes in handy.

Well I didn't say im buying them today. There's is still plenty of time for others to persuade me in the other direction if they feel IRO springs are superior to RE.

Serious was just the first to give his opinion and I respect his experience.

If you feel differently then him, than what's your opinion on the subject or do you have any experience with either of the 2 companies mentioned?

A quality shock will make a world of difference in the ride quality.
The correct length is very important.
Valving should be considered as well.

Sadly most folks just look for the cheapest solution and then complain about the ride. The "Big Picture" should be looked a, not just one small part.

Make sense?

Hey serious I logged into your website and clicked on everything and took it to the shipping part and found out how much shipping is. Now I didn't go past the shipping page but are those prices what a cherokee forum member receives or do I need to go further than the shipping page if you offer a cherokee forum discount. Just wanted to know if those are the final prices or if you add in a cherokee forum discount at the end? Lol.
