Default Looking into control arms

I am an xj neeb. that being said here is my question: (if has been answered on here before please provide link.)
I have an 89 xj with i believe a 3" lift on it. I am want to get it ready to go off road. Upon looking at my front end i noticed this:
Upper right control arm
Lower left is also off center like that. My sway bar on the right side is also rubbing my coil spring.
finally i noticed my left front tire is not sitting flat (camber is off ). sorry no pic.

my idea for fixing these problems was to get all new control arms up front. I have found some adjustable RC ones that say they work with 4.5 and up. would i have any issues using these on my rig? would replacing control arms even fix my problems?

Any advice is welcome dont want to spend 300 bucks and not fix a damn thing. Again if you know a thread about this please link it. I found one awhile back about fixing the sway bar in coil spring, but cant find it now.

if the "off center" part is the bushing in the mount that is normal for it to stick out the one side further, as long as the side witht the lip is still flush on the mount.
