I've got the dana 30 front and chrysler 8.25 rear setup. I went with an aussie locker up front, the rear is factory limited slip and very tight. The rear tires will skid like a locked differential on wet pavement. This is a great combination for me, I really like it.

For locking the front or rear first everyone has their opinion about it for which is better. Also selectable locker had a lot to do with it. When lock the front it pulls your vehicle as to pushing it if do the rear first. I locked the rear fist because of the wheeling I do. Haven't needed to do the front yet

locked front and rear. I was just locked in the rear with an auto, loved it. If you are going selectable put it up front, put a auto locker in the rear. or do both selectable....
I have LB lockers front and rear. love them, but on the slick rock we do here its a pain to turn, but Hydraulic assist and a LB is still cheaper then a selectable lol

I did the opposite of what everyone told me and I put an Aussie locker in the front first. The rear end on mine needs to be rebuilt so a rear locker will be going in sooner than later.

The rear locker sure is fun in the snow.
