Default Lighting issue

About 2 years ago I upgraded my lighting system and installed the Putco kit. A few weeks back I noticed when I turned off my low beams my high beams would be parcially lit. I investigated and after I have had the jeep running and the lights on for a few minutes I turn them off and the relay for the high beam constantly clicks. I removed the relay so I wouldnt damage anything. So no everything works normal I just dont have high beams. I ordered and replaced the relays and still have the same issue. So now I just replaced the factory headlight switch inside the jeep and that didnt fix it. I did some looking around online and I cant seem to figure it out. I do not have factory fog lights and I visually inspected the harness and dont see any issues. Could a bad ground be causing this? Could my new relays be bad?

My putco harness did the same thing. I could either get my high's or lows to work and sometimes the headlights wouldn't work at all. Popped the hood one night and noticed one of the relays clicking and that if I jiggled it I could get the lights to flicker.

Threw that POS away and bought the ARB harness and never looked back.

Ahh. You have daytime running lights!

You'll need to disable them. See this thread https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/drl-trigger-172440/
