Lift question

So I lifted my jeep 3 inches in the front and somewhere around 4 in the rear. When I drive its all nice and smooth but when braking it shakes a lot and is a clicking sound. This feel and noise wasn't there before what could it be.

Rough country 3 inch aal but I made my own bastard pack in the rear
