Lift leveling HELP
Before we start, I know I will need an adj. track bar
(was considering IRO double shear)
On my 2000 XJ I have a RC 3" lift, springs and AAL.
ALL I WANT TO DO, is level the front with the rear. There's a 1" difference. Im thinking a 1" spacer and stack the stock isolator (which Ive seen done) and that would level it just fine?
My other question, is considering my XJ is my daily and sees more road then mud or anything else, with the added inch, can I get away with the stock upper and lower control arms? I will probably go with adj. in the future, but if Im still able to adj. caster with the stock lowers Ill go that route.....and just put up with the rough ride.
Or I was considering drop brackets, maybe by RC. If I used these could I for sure leave the stock arms?

Have the same ride height with my 3" Rusty's, I'm going to just add spacers to the front to level it out. For mostly street use, stock uppers and lowers are fine.

Stock uppers work alright with up to 4.5". Stock lowers will not give you much downtravel above 3.5", if any. You can clearance the top of the LCA axle-side mount to give a little bit more. You will also want to straighten/relocate your hard brake line, if not also get extended soft lines. I think a set of decent aftermarket control arms would benefit you most.
RE recommends CAD brackets at 5" or more, but lots use them at 4.5" Depending on when you are doing this, I may have a set of fixed LCA's with good bushings soon, if I can find a set of adjustables.

Thanks for all the input. As far as the 1" spacers go, does anyone know where to buy them to where they are EXACTLY 1"? Not like when they say 1" and they are actually 5/8".
