As long as the factory flares are on then that's right. The front is like 17.5" stock. I could believe that's 7". What size tires?

Looks to be about 4.5-5" of lift to me. Defiantly not 7"s of lift

Definately not 7. The back looks sagged too. Check to see if it's on blocks or not, measure them and that should give you a little perspective

It's has stock size tires I was told this was a 5.5in kit and the rear is sagging because i need to put in the rear leaf springs I bought the jeep stock and it came with a used lift kit just needed to install I'm going to buy brand new rear leaf springs that's why I'm trying to figure out the lift hight

IMHO you need to sell the used "Kit" that came with the XJ and buy a new one that you know exactly what you have. The shocks need to be for the correct lift height as well as several other things. It seems you know nothing that kit and I would not want to install it on my XJ for sure not even knowing what it is, or how old it may be, just too many if's involved with it.

Shocks are rough country brand new and they are perfect length with extra travel to them every thing is all done in the front just need to do the rear no need to sell the kit..... I'm not going out and buying a 1000$$ lift kit for a beater jeep

You do know those shocks as most all that come with entry level kits (RC is one of them for sure) are cheapies most but other shocks and never use them.

But hey I just threw out an idea on what you had that you knew nothing about, do as you wish. Oh yeah you can buy a decent lift for just under $400 from Rustys with goos springs/leafs both American made.

Just be aware that they are branded "Rough Country" for a reason.......they are "rough" in both build quality and ride quality.
