Default lift kit help.

Looking to put 22inch rims and tires on my 96 Cherokee Classic what size lift should I put on there?

You really wanna roll 22" rims on an XJ? To each his own...

Make sure they are backspaced enough to clear the lower control arms.

Whats the overall height of the tire and rim together? Whats the overall width?

You can fit 22in rims on a stock cherokee just fine. You won't have much tire though...

You could probably get away with a 2" budget boost and be able to get a decent sized tire on it, like mentioned before make sure u have enough backspacing or you'll be rubbing control arms

Or if u wanna do it right put about 8" of lift on it and cut the fenders.... Then u can put some 37's on those 22's

Depends on how tall of a tire you want really. You can run 22s on it easily like someone mentioned, but the tire is gonna be a pretty low profile.
