lift kit
Alright so i want to lift my currently stock cherokee 3 inches but im in a bind. Im debating over the add-a-leaf and new front springs lift or the coil spacers and blocks lift, i was just wondering which lift u guys think is better for ride quality, durability, etc... the spacers and blocks wld be much easier i feel and wld kinda keep the stock-like ride quality. Wht dp u guys think?

People have been using AAL for years. Its not the best way but as long as your stock leafs are not in horrible shape and AAL is all you can afford just get them. Make sure they are long leafs and that you know the cons of them before purchasing. Start saving for full leaf packs.

Honestly, I have a 3 inch lift and its about as cheap as it gets.
3 inch blocks in the rear paired with stock s10 shocks
2 7/8 inch coil spacers upfront with stock shocks and extenders.
I paid $95 for all 4 shocks at autozone.
I paid $35 for the rear blocks at autozone.
I paid $13 for the extenders at advance auto.
I paid $30 for the coil spacers.
So total is roughly $175 with the tax and crap maybe more... but lets so this. For under $200 is really doesnt ride any worse that stock. It flexes "okay". I unhooked the parking brake cables because it didnt work anyway and Im still running stock brake lines all around. I have it right now sitting on 31x10.50x15 on stock ranger wheels which are 15x7 with a 4.5 inch backspacing if I remember correctly. Im happy with it, I get tons of hate but it gets the job done. Mostly my daily driver mall crawler but it will see some trails this summer, its seen 2ft of snow and minor mudding. Best $200 lift ever lolol

Depending on the condition of the stock leafs you can get your money worth of fun out of them. I know a guy who has had them for a few months and instead of setting around saving for a full pack he is out having fun. Honesty how much can they add to the price of a lift? $50 -$60. That's less then dinner and a movie. I know for sure he has had more then one night of fun with them.

Neither of those are good choices a better one would be new coil springs in front and a new leaf spring package in the rear to get to 3". New shocks must be installed also and new hardware for the leaf package.
At 3" some need a transfer case drop kit $30 some don't easy to install. Many choose to install a new Adj. Track Bar also a good choice IMHO start at $100. It centers the front differential up after a lift. Most kits don't include these items unless you get to the high end the lower end stuff included usually doesn't long.
I choose the Rustys Off Road 3" Full Spring Package Kit it includes all items needed except for the noted ones. I wanted to run larger tires so I trimmed my fender wells a little to clear 33x12:50x15's here is a photo of that exact kit even down to the shocks included.
The complete Kit from Rustys was under $500 all in one package.
