lift kit
I'm about to put in my 3 inch lift and I've never done one before. I have a good idea of what I'm doing but any tips or tricks before I get started?

Do you have everything that you need to do the job on hand or is there still something you need to order? Unless you live in a larger city where items are easily found locally, unlike here in the country.

Soak any hardware you need to remove in PB blaster for about a week before you get started. Spray some on there like twice a day, every day. As stated above, make sure you have everything ready to go. Nothing sucks worse than getting into the middle of a job and realizing you forgot something.

I appreciate the help guys! She's all done now. The only problems I had was getting the first coil spring off and the first new one on. After that it was a breeze. I did use much pb blaster and I've replaced my leaf springs a few months ago so putting on the add a leaf was pretty easy. The hardest part was finding all my damn tools in my garage.
