Default lift installed now i have exhaust rattle

so i just installed a 4.5 lift about 2 weeks and now my exhaust is hitting the tc cross member. i have the tc drop bracked no slip yoke. any idea why this could be happening its so loud!

Check your transmission mount on the cross member, exhaust should have distance from the cross member.

think maybe a new trans mount on that cross member i should add?

So have you crawled underneath to see the gap between the crossmember and the exhaust because I bet you have what i have going on, which its actually rubbing the leaf spring not the cross member.

Since the crossmember is lower now it's probably level with the exhaust which is making it hit. See if you can raise the exhaust up or find some sort of buffer to put between the two. Or get an sye lol

yea i know i need a sye. i wanna buy a tease do it on the bench then install so i don't hold the jeep up

I got mine installed for a couple hundred bucks, took them a day and I didn't have to worry about it.
