Have a 20" bar that the glass cracked about six months ago. Now it is all spidered and has a bunch of moisture in it. Tried look for a piece of replacement glass but no luck. Wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and knows of a good source for a new piece of glass? Thanks!

I would just buy a new light bar. But if you're dead set on fixing this one. Go to lowes or Home Depot and get a piece of plexiglass cut to size.

Yeah buy some plexiglass and cut to size. And it ll last longer than the glass without the worry of cracking again.

You can go to local glass vendors to inquire if they can produce one that fits your light bar and I recommend using RTV silicone to reseal it. Consider also buying a new one. Try http://4wheelonline.com/led-light-bars.248617 since they have affordable led light bars.

How are ya'll breaking the glass on theses things? I've hit a car and a lawn mower with mine and it's yet to break.

Definitely not an eBay special. Was behind a gravel truck, it hit a pot hole, dumped some gravel and I lost a headlight and cracked the glass on the light bar. Going try a local glass shop or call one of the company's that make the light bars for our fire trucks.
