Led driving lights dim when turned off

Led driving lights dim when turned off
So this is new to me i was driving around and when i pulled into a place that had a glass window i noticed my led lights were dimmed instead of off, I flip the switch on and they turn on like normal but i turn them off they go back to dim with a little flickering. It has never done this before till today. I did go to a car wash maybe something got wet?

*facepalms* yeah found out the ground wire wasnt making good contact at all and a little washer and *brute* force and i made it work again!
