Look up what we call a: Cherokee Bastard Pack
They are great for running up to 5" of lift, Some guys have gone bigger.

Then:
Go to the JunkYard and find an S-10 or Dodge Dakota to build your own pack for less than 50 bucks. I've been running mine for years and it rides better and flex's better than most after market packs I've seen people buy. This is because your building it from springs that have already been broken in.

BDS Leaf Springs

Since you plan on loading it and towing, maybe look at springs that are designed with that in mind such as BDS 7 leaf, military wrap.
