Yeah I know .I've been around here for s long while. It's just getting drustfrustr becssur I don't really have a car while my Jeep is down.

As said, the pinion angle is wrong. That is setup for using a double cardan driveshaft (like with a SYE). It will vibrate like that. You need a SYE and a new driveshaft, or some shims to put the pinion back down.

TMR Customs sells steel shims... I think Ruffstuff does too. Do not use aluminum shims if you go with shims, they are extremely dangerous.

This is what is wrong. The rear diff is angled at the transfer case. This only works with a double cardan shaft. You don't have one. You need to match the angle at the transfer case with angle at the rear diff for this to work. Go to you tube and look for drive shaft angles. It will explain it.
