Installing a sunroof
 

Hello! I currently have a sunroof that does not open, it is an aftermarket installation and it leaks, I would like to replace it with a pop up sunroof but I've never had to do this before. I'm not planning on doing the installation myself I just don't want to buy a sunroof to find out it doesn't fit. I found this website http://www.sunroofdoctor.com/popupkits.htm

And this is probably where I'm going to sound dumb but where do I measure to make sure this will fit? Below are pictures of what it looks like currently. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just make sure the hole that is already there is smaller than the new hole. As long as the width is narrower than the side structure of the roof you'll be fine. Those numbers seem like they'd fit fine.

My rag top is right at 44"s wide and 48"s long.
