Default install advice

Ok, so my 3" zone lift came in today and since i dont have a floor jack i have been thinking of diff ways to install my rear leaves! First i was gona put my jeep up on jack stands and one side at a time put a bottle jack on one side of my axle then i would lower the axle just enough i can take the pack apart and put my leaf in, i would do the same on both sides. Does any one that had installed an add - a- leaf see a problem in doing it this way? I ask cause my dad just had a fit that i was gona screw something up doing it that way!

You'll need a floor jack to raise and lower your diff in order to line up everything. Beg, borrow or rent one!!

You don't have a buddy with a floor jack? A floor jack is a wise investment if you plan on keeping your XJ.
