Injector upgrade for 97 Xj
 

So I got the 4.0L engine and I wanted to buy some new injectors for it but I have the part number to my brother and it's not piping up in the system at oriley so is there something else maybe another part number or something I can give to him.

I bought a set for my "99" reman injectors here on the board for a good price and they looked/worked like new.

Those are Neon injectors & are for a 99+ XJ. For the '98 down you need the 703's.

this is not my work here but i found this when i was thinking of swapping my injectors out. I believe these work for 93-98 4.0L, not sure about 99-01

Guess I was wrong. I thought it was 97+

The connectors are different. 784 on the left, 703 on the right.
I should mention, the 703's are for the '91 to '98 & Volvo injectors are recommended for the '87-90 Renix era XJs.
