injector swap question

Engine: L6 242 4.0
injector swap question
Been searching around but don't quit understand how to pick the correct injector. Some have a bigger cc but with a smaller psi others are smaller cc with bigger psi. From what I'm told the factory ones in my 2000 xj are 236cc/49psi. I was looking into getting a set of 265cc/43.5psi injectors. Also does the fuel pressure regulator have to be changed at all?
