The pink is power supply,we know its split, ones goes to fuse, one goes to battery. We know the black is the ground. We need to know which colors go to which speakers.

Go to www.the12volt.com and look up your vehicle there. Great site! Was very helpful for my 98 stereo, alarm, and remote start projects.

If the memory is getting dumped every time you shut the ignition off, the most likely problem is that one of the leads to the radio requires power full time to store settings and keep the clock ticking. You've got that lead hooked up a power source that's switched on and off with the ignition.
It wont be the main main power lead to the radio, there will be a second one.
The other possibility is a long shot: the battery back up for the memory in the radio is dead. Its pretty rare for an audio system to have a battery back up so I'd start re-checking your harness hook-ups
