If you look at the pic from the front you can see the axle end of the arm has two humps. I'm pretty sure that's what the old RE arms had. I've never seen bds short arms so I'm not sure about them

the lowers look like re superride.
although there isnt a superride kit near 5" offered.
a 4.5" re kit also comes with upper control arms.
trackbar looks like every generic trackbar with a 3/4 heim that almost every lift company offered back in the day.
looks like a used car dealer job with the light coating of spray paint to cover up the ugly too.
