i want to go 4-4.5" but want to know what i should look for in a kit and what i could need thats not included in kit
like drop pitman arms and track bars and such
so if anyone could give me a breakdown of what i should look for and what i will need and also my leaf springs are on the downward bend, will an add a leaf help or should i just go with a full leaf set up

no drop pitman arm unless your track bar has been relocated and is at a different angle than your drag link.
You'll need... coils, leaf packs, shocks, brake line extensions, SYE or t-case drop (temporary pending sye), adjustable track bar, u bolts, lower control arms (or better yet, a long arm setup), am I missing anything?

glad to see you are going about it the right way... not "i ordered my new 4.5" kit, what else do i need?"
and so far id agree with the two responses... just two things~
1- a tc drop is ****ty. it undoes some of the lift you just worked so hard to afford/install
2- get a trac bar relocation bracket- cheaper and more reliable than a new bar...
beyond that, consider what tires your gonna run and make sure to trim accordingly. also, cant stress enough~ BUMPSTOPS, BUMPSTOPS, BUMPSTOPS!!!!

a t-case drop isnt bad, its worth the 60 or $70 if u got driveline vibes and u cant afford a descent SYE kit that cost $200 and a new drive shaft at $300

your right, man! no arguin that gettin rid of the vibes is better than the (temporary) loss of clearance. my roomie found a tom woods SYE and DS combo for like 500. i dunno if its legit or not, seems too cheap?

Also, If you relocate the track bar you have to run a drop pitman arm or do something to get your drag link back to parallel with your track bar.

they both come with a tc drop so best to try one and see how it works out? or maybe has anyone got these and howd they turn out
also id like to go with 31" tires i think maybe 32" not sure yet on that decision

Got this-http://www.dirtboundoffroad.com/featured/slip-yoke-eliminator-hd-yoke-style-by-dirtbound-offroad/ and a stock front shaft for 50. i got the whole SYE and shaft plus new u joints for like 200. 10x better than a TC drop.

no he didn't... he just thought he did, unless he relocated his track bar. if you try to use a drop pitman arm and your trackbar is in the stock location, your drag link and track bar are no longer parallel and you will have bump steer. and even if the track bar has been relocated, over the knuckle steering would be a better option to than a drop pitman arm.
