Default I think I am getting vibes

I have just driven my Jeep first time yesterday and it feels like i am getting minor vibes when I really give it some gas. I have a 3 inch lift stock tires and 2 degree axle shims. If I accel moderately i feel nothing but on high acceleration it just does not feel/sound right, I cant get a accurate reading because my headers make noise so and it king of drowns out the other noise I am hearing. Any feed back will help, also is a vibes like something that you will really feel of can it be almost not noticeable, and if i am getting minor vibes will it cause damage to anything beside U-joints?

Could be driveline. Do you have a t case drop or a SYE for that lift on there?

Also check out your motor mounts and transmission mount, if they're shot you'll get some nice vibes

I am going to drop the cross member today and try putting some washers in there for a sort of "home brew" drop and go maybe a half an inch. Because the vibes are so minor i feel a 1inch is overkill and a waste of $30. I think if i went with 4degree shims i would have had nothing vibing but then that bring the bad pinion angle, and i dont want to replace that again. When I do this is it just the cross member that gets dropped or do i need to play with trans mounts too?
