Default I need help asap !!!!! Please !!

I'm half way threw my lift and I went to put on the transfer case lowering kit and I snaped a bolt on each side what should I do I have. One bolt on each side holding up my transfer case should I tap it or ????

I had the same problem, ended up pulling back the carpet in the front seet, pulling the drain plug and ovaling out that hole to reach the tops of those bolts. you'll see there's no hex head, it's a welded on bracket thing. Had to knock em loose from the bottom with an air hammer and chisel, and drop new bolts through them.

there is a threaded stud and a bolt on each side.
for the stud, use the double nut procedure to remove.
and no, you shouldn't drive around with only one bolt on each side.

you may be able to weld on a nut to the broken stud and simply remove.

Well what I think I'm going to do is get a 11/2 hole saw drill in to frame and try to break them free

don't go through the frame, you'll hurt the structural integrity far more than just going through the floor... and they aren't bolt heads on the end either.
