I want to know more about your setup. What kind of manifold did you use to hook up the SC? Can I get some pics? Also, how does the FIC hook up? Does it replace the PCM or piggyback? I am a chevy tuner. I use HPTuners to tune chevys as a side gig. I have quite a few tunes under my belt so I understand tuning. Maybe I can help you build a map. Do you have a wideband and can you datalog with the AEM system?

This is a total side note, but I've been thinking there might be a way to control a Jeep 4.0 using a chevy PCM out of a V6 with some clever harness mods and tuning. It would make the 4.0 very tunable. Just an idea. If I had time, I'd work on it.

I use the factory manifold and the sc is on the aircodition place.
The Fic was piggyback.
I have a wideband and i can catalog with AEM!
My only problem at the moment before i Dyno tune it. Is the degrees of ignition.
I have managed to understand the fuel map manipulation. But i don't get to manipulate the ignition degrees!

You need roughly -1deg of timing per pound of boost. This is the typical amount of retard to use as a base line. You may end up with something more or less, but the tuner will know what to do.

If your not exactly sure what your changing, I highly recommend taking it to a local tuner.

I'm using the AEM with a T3/T4 turbo setup.

Can you sent me an ignition map print screen to have a look?
