I bought them from a guy that live far away from me and I didnt notice the chunk missin

Chunk in the bead is fine. Sometimes the beads get chunked while removing the tire from the rim.

Sometimes a chunked bead will allow air to enter between the plies and will cause a bubble in the sidewall.

Will beadlocks solve my problem tho? And are there any disadvantages with beadlocks as a daily driver?

You're wanting to spend more money for new bead lock wheels so you can use the used tires that you got for cheap? Read that sentence again and think about it. Most bead locks aren't DOT legal anyway.

Lol im not saying ill get bead locks. And ive NEVeR had any kind of inspection ever. But I need one 7/32 tread cooper discover stt or bead locks. I wanna know the disadvantages of having bead locks on railt driver

Beadlocks - constantly checking bolt torque if daily driven and pretty pricy..have you mounted the tire to see if it leaks..post a pic of the tire
