i highly doubt you can find a jeep hub that will have that pattern, but im sure you could find a spacer / wheel adapter for it, however I don't reccomend spacers or adapters.

I'm pretty sure its a late 80's f350, why Shouldnt I use adapters. Would they not hold up with 35's or 37's?

Adapters put more of a moment arm on lugs which while cause them to break while wheeling. You are going to be hard press to fit 8 lug pattern on a jeep unless you do an axle swap

Well the main reason I want my Buddys rims is cuz there 16.5x10 and being in the service I have an unlimted supply of used humvee tires there 37x12.50 R16.5 so I just wanna make his rims fit to be able to use these tires

Good luck with those tires. I've given away a couple of sets because they are way heavy and the sidewalls are so thick that with single digits they still have no flex. Keep in mind that 16.5s have a small lip unlike a 15 or 16 and are prone to loosing beads. Only way I'd run a 16.5 is on some H1 double beadlocks and you can recenter those pretty cheap so you wouldn't need adapters.
