How to hook up running/ city lights?

I am upgrading to semi sealed headlights and like the look of theses I also like the led lights on theses but I don't wont to put them on a switch I want them to come on when my car starts/ is running. What can I hook them to?http://bit.ly/1faN8f6

Honestly i would pass on them they will suck for light.If you still want them you could wire the side lights to a 12 volt key switch source.

Yes I just want them to be on. I'm going to have 55w hids for main light. So what are you talking about for wiring can you elaborate/ post picture?
