Remove it and use a regular bolt that is longer. Just put two nuts on the stud and tighten them against each other then remove the stud, easy as that

Edit: you will need all new hardware for the t-case drop b/c the bolts are not long enough.

You dont use a bigger bolt, Just buy 4 10mm bolts (same diameter as whats in there) that are 1.5" long and a few washers. Remove stud and use longer bolts.

You just bolt it in like any other bolt, Your not going to use a nut anymore.

I don't think were talking about the same bolt... I mean the one with the nut on the end of it. The head of the bolt is in the uni-body. There is not a hole in the uni-body to extract the bolt from nor is there one to insert a new bolt in there.

It's a stud not a bolt, once you remove it as the gentleman described, you can just thread a new bolt in from the bottom

OHHH I got it now. Sorry guys who probably got frustrated with me. And thank you for helping me. Very much appreciated.
EDIT: Can I use a block of plastic for my spacer? Or do you think I should use metal?

I dont see why you couldnt use plastic as long as its not crappy plastic that would crack and break when you put pressure on it, still probably a better idea to use steel. Did you read the write-up i posted in post #5?

I wouldnt use plastic unless your 1000% sure it strong enough. Your gonna have a good bit of force on the blocks at times and you dont want them failing!

The pucks some companies sell are heavy plastic, but I'd go with steel myself

The only plastic you could use is HDPE, Its strong enough for this task
