I like the turning the ashtray to a switch table idea.

But about your plans in your sig. Why blocks and coil spacers? Why?

Had them made and laying around so gonna put them to use until I can get shackles. I've already got everything in my sig just waiting for warm enough weather to put it all on. And about the ashtray switches, I've considered that idea. I was wondering if anybody has ever put switches on the a-pillar.

I got one of those missile toggle switches and I'm planning on putting it to the right of the shifter on my automatic. There is a little part of plastic that isn't part of the rest of the console moulding that it looks like I can remove and cut a hole in. I don't know how much room is underneath it though so I will have to see. I have seen it done from a guy on here but with different switches.

Well guys I've got a question about these switches. Can you hook up 4 lights on a switch made for 2 lights?

You can hook up as many lights to one switch as you want as long as the amp draw isn't too high, or you hook them to a relay.

I would always recommend a relay instead of just the switch controlling them, much safer.

I just used the blank location on the switch panel in front of the shifter. Now that I've got air lockers & compressor, I'm planning on grabbing a header panel out of a ZJ or WJ & mod that to have a switch panel.

I wanted to do that but theres only room for the one. I plan on at least 3 switches for lights, and one for an e locker

You were asking about mounting on the A-Pillar, well that is exactly what I'm doing in fact ordered what I needed Monday.

I'm using an AutoMeter duel gauge Pod made for the Cherokee. I will have 2 circles cut from Plexiglas the correct size glued in, then painted the correct color. Then I will mount the rockers in them run wiring down 12v & 4 bumper Hellas. The other wires will go up to rack mounted lights 2 more front and 2 rear work/backup lights Hella 500's there.

Here's what I did. There is room for more than two but that is all that I needed. You could use smaller switches also.

It isn't that hard to take apart.

I always use relays, just don't trust switches.

The rear one is my first gear lockout and the front one is for rear aux. lights. My lockers are on the dash on the left side in the ARB housing.

Is there anything underneath that spot? How deep can the switches go?

Man, where was this guy when I was needing these things?

I put my locker switches in the clock area

And I put all of my light switches in the roof console

And then used the shifter console for my heated seat switches

I have no idea how to resize linked images from google photos.
