Default How to buy shocks for Rubicon Express Lift Kit?

I've a stock Cherokee Sport 1998 and I decided to put a RE Lift kit 4.5". I don't know how good are their shocks and I don't find any place that sells the lift kit plus shocks for it (like Clayton, RC or BDS do).
Somebody knows what specifications need to have the shocks for that lift?

Have you called Rubicon Express themselves they will give you a list of there vendors and what part#s you need. I just ordered a pair of monotube RXJ507 for the rear of my Cherokee with 6.5" lift. When I got my jeep I had no idea what size lift I had so I called RE and in less than 5 minutes on the phone and few measurements we narrowed down what lift i had and which shocks would best fit what I'm going to be doing with my rig. And I will have my set in the morning I ordered them Quadratec and almost immediately received an email about my order and shipping so far so good

I sent a mail but didn't receive an answer. I will try with the phone.
Thanks.

PS. I sent a mail instead of calling because having a conversation by phone, from another country and in a language other than your native, is not always easy

You were also wondering how good a quality RE shocks are? Lemme tell ya...I had a RE 4.5" lift in my old TJ and was offered their shocks. "they're RE!" I said to myself. "How bad could they be?".

My question was answered on my 1st trip out. Crap. They packed up (totally immoveable) within 4 hours. Totally immersed the shaft in the shock tube. Wasn't wheeling hard either.

I don't know what kind of money you're willing to spend or what kind of wheeling you do, but if you want Fox's, Bilstein's or King's perfectly tuned to your liking, call Sonny at DownSouth MotorSports. He's the shock guru.

I then switched from Fox 2.0's to something a little cheaper and went with Rancho's. If you want cheap but really good shocks, look at the 9-way adjustable RS9000XLs from Rancho.

The MyRide system is an extra cool little addition to those.

Call Jeff. He's a great guy to deal with.

EDIT:

The website's Shock Lookup feature even recommends them for your ride:

Thanks for the info, I will try with those guys. The trails are mud, sand and water-crossing. Not rock crawling at all.
