Default HID off road lights?

This is my first post, so forgive me. I have a 93 cherokee 2dr sport. I am wanting to put some HID off road lights on it, not headlight conversion (hate those). I don't have the cash to spend $300 and up for each light, I am looking at a few to get some ideas (ebay and amazon). I know ebay is not all that good but the price is right. I don't do any crazy wheelin yet so the lights will not take a lot of abuse yet. Does any one have some good idea for some affordable HID lights. Looking for 5" to 7" lights. I am wanting 4 on top mounted to a light bar and 2 on the front bumper. Thank you.

For the cost of good hid offroad lights you could get a good led light bar that is lower profile and maintenance free along with lower amp draw.

Default Ibistek HID lights.

I will be doing a build thread on my jeep when I get back to the states. I am currently out of the country working and I got ahold of some Ibistek HID lights. Here is the link to their web site so you can see what they look like. http://www.ibistek.com/product/detail/auxiliary_lights . The little black box between the lights is IR, I will be taking the lights out of the steel box and make some mounts for just the lights. These are the toughest and brightest lights I have ever seen, Just amazing. I will try to upload a couple pictures of them outside of the steel box so yall can see what I am working with. I have 4 lights that I want to put on my jeep if I am able too. The problem I have right now is the lights are 24v and 3 or 4 amp draw. Is there a way to hook them up to my 12v system. Not sure if I am gonna need a bigger alt or another battery or something else. If I am not able to hook them up I will just sell them and put the money into my jeep some other way. Thanks guys.
