herculiner on front and rear bumper
I just bought front and rear bumper on amazon. both are bare metal. what is the process to apply herculiner?

Scuff the surface with either some coarse grit sand paper, a sandblaster or even a wire wheel, then wipe it down with a solvent like lacquer thinner, let it dry and apply a couple coats of the herculiner. it is a pretty simple process.
