Call a rollback and have it delivered. Thats the smart thing to do. Driving with a compromised brake system not only puts your safety at risk, but every other driver you come across. Whos to say the brakes that are working wont unexpectedly lock up on you? Pray you dont need to make any sudden stops for whatever reason. I wouldnt trust a parking brake to slow me down, either. Even if it worked for others, i still wouldnt recommend it. Something else to keep in mind are hills. If you got them, going up wont be the problem. Its down.
There are too many "what ifs" with this. If you already got it home without incident, fine. Otherwise, call a rollback.

Hmm... I'm thinking OP may be a troll. No response for a while now. Or he may have wrecked the jeep attempting to get it home and is busy at the hospital or the police station.

That's when your mom calls you to ask where you put her pruning shears even though you already told her, and you end up crashing into a bus full of disabled children because you can't hear your buddy yelling desperately to apply the brakes

When towing with a chain, thread chain through a six-foot piece of steel pipe. The pipe will prevent collisions between the two vehicles. Works well when towed vehicle does not run, therefore no power brakes.
