... your not in part-time 4x4 are you? Kinda sounds like the binding you get when you turn on dry pavement in part-time...

Could be power steering pump or power steering related from the way you descibe. When you turn sometimes the pump can not keep up, and it feels llike awobble.

Is this as in a full turn onto a side street or just making the bend in a road?

I'm having the same problem where if i just turn the wheel just enough to make a bend in the road, the steering wheel moves back and forth. It obviously shakes the steering wheel but it doesn't shake the vehicle.

Sounds like your in 4WD. When you are in part time and turn a little the steering wheel will feel like its fighting itself and go back and forth.

Well it does feel like I'm in 4wd but It's in 2wd but it doesn't jerk the wheel that much it's just a very little push and pull and would that mean I need a new steering pump if it can't keep up and willl it hurt it more when I lift it I actually just got my lift kit in

To follow up alittle on my situation with this, I've traced the issue to the steering shaft between the steering column and steering box. Have done some research and this shaft is not rebuildable, some have rubber insulators and some dont. Waiting to get a shaft from a junkyard to see it this solves it.
