HELP! 96 motor and tranny into 94 cherokee!

HELP! 96 motor and tranny into 94 cherokee!
I have noticed that my tranny has 4 plugs and the 94 harness only has 2 plugs in it. also a majority of the other plugs are different. Any tips, tricks or suggestions?
