Default Headlight issue again...

Ok about 2 months ago I replaced my headlight switch cause my original burned up. Everything was fine and working, now I'll be driving for about 15 minutes and just headlights will turn off then on, off then on. Then off. So I keep them off wait a few minutes turn then on then they are fine, almost like somethings getting to hot. Only other thing I have done is the headlight upgrade with the relays and harness. Any ideas??? Thanks

Had a similar issue with my highs after the harness upgrade, ended up the grounds were a little loose, cleaned and tighten them up and all is well.

I think he said he did the harness already. Sounds like bad grounds or a failing relay.

Could be. It was after a long day that I posted.

You're correct.

Relay failure seems to be a direct result of poor initial grounding upon installation.

Redid my grounds and installed 2 new relays, still does the same thing. Headlight switch possibly??? Can't think what else it would be??
