Default head torque requirement

Hi,
I`m pretty sure my kid blew his head gasket in his 4.0 89 cherokee.
He said it has been running hot and he`s losing water so
I went out and pulled the dip stick and it was pretty ugly.
I`m pretty sure I can do the work but I don`t know what to torque the head back down to after I`ve finished. I remember seeing in here one time
a section on torque requirements and I looked and I looked to no avail.
I`m beginning to wonder if it wasn`t in the wrangler forum beings how we own wranglers and cherokees.
But anyways, can anyone give me the torque values on the head?

According to my 4.0 book by AMC the head bolts should be 85FT LBs and coat stud bolt 11 with loctite 592 and torque to 75 FT LBs

I just did mine. You have to tighten them in a certain order starting from the middle. My haynes manual told me to do it three stages... first stage at 25lbs second stage at 45lbs and the third 110lbs. The number 11 bolt was supposed to be "locktighted" and the torque spec is 100lbs.
