HD off-road stiffeners/tnt long arms question
I have searched and can't find the answer to my question. I have HD stiffeners and tnt long arms, neither of them have yet been installed. What order should I install them. My first instinct is stiffeners first, but if I do that I won't know where the holes I need to make for the tnt crossmember go. Could I make all the new mounting holes after the stiffeners are on. Help me please.

Stiffeners always go on first. It's like building a house, u have to start with the foundation first.
U can drill holes on stiffeners before welding it on if there's already holes on the frame that is needed for the crossmember.

I planned on that, but there are like 6 other holes that need to be drilled in the frame for the crossmember. And I can't drill them before I weld the stiffeners on unless I first install the crossmember because I have know way to tell where they go.

I have the same problem man- (IRO long arms TNT Stiffeners) I still have not installed them lol. My plan is to get 3 white paint markers and stick them up the bolt holes (possibly tape them to unibody to prevent push in?) Then I plan to drill the holes out slightly larger than the bolts (going to weld IRO to the Stiffeners anyway)- The rock sliders are the part I'm not sure about- considering marking and cutting the stiffeners to go tight around them so I can still bolt it to the pinch seam.
Or I might just take it to the local 4x4 shop as they owe me some work and I have two trusses to get welded on as well lol-
