I have a 242 and the IRO H-N-T with driveshaft was the best bang for the buck.

As others have said, IRO H&T with driveshaft is a hell of a deal for 200 bucks.

it is a heck of a deal.. but it is just refurbed... all they do is check the u joints and the ball... and replace only what is needed then paint it...

I mean I can get a perfect XJ front shaft for $20-$30 at the bone yard... only take 2 minutes to pull... and a can of Walmart flat black for $0.96

I have found several... one time I even found a nearly new shaft from fast shafts...

but honestly... pull it out... check the joints... as long as your are not a moron you WILL know if they a good or not... check the in and out movement on the shaft... take a good look at the ball... (please note I am NOT calling you a moron...)

when you get home clean it up with a wire wheel, then prime and paint...
