Hey guys i was looking into getting skid plates. I want an engine/transmission one and a transfer case one. Are the rusts skid plates good, or should i look into getting something else?

I have the stock tcase one and I hit on things pretty consistently and it has done pretty well not mangled at all. The oil pan one IDK I haven't hit that yet not to worried about it.

I have Rusty's engine, tcase, and fuel tank skids.
Also Rusty's Rock Rails.
I installed them on my '88. When it rusted out I reused them on my '99.
They are 8 years old and still in good shape.
Yes, I do use them!

I use mine, its a rustys engine skid. But I am still running short arms, well with control arm drop brackets. What are you running? Short arms or long arms? Because the engine skid bolts to the factory lower control arm bracket on the unirail and to the factory transmission cross member. I haven't seen any engine skids for a long arm set up. But that dosent mean there isn't any out there. I just haven't seen any.
