Is this a good deal?
Here is the email I received on regearing my d30 and 8.25 or possibly a 8.8 in the rear. What do you think of the price quote? Thanks
"I use stock 3.73 and up carrier. Use Yukon gears. One year warranty.
8.8 package runs $1200 out the door for 4.56 gears that includes a front regear and 8.8 installed. You also gain limited slip with the 8.8. For the axles you have now looking at $825...Let me know normally takes a week to get parts"

That is a hell of a deal! Down here in GA $1200 is the minimum you would have to pay to get just a regear with the axles you already have. Throw in the 8.8 and most places here would probably charge close to $2000. I would love to find a place here that would regear my Jeep, parts and labor, for $825!
