Default gear ratios
is .01 difference in gear ratios front to back going to make a difference. i.e 3.55 up front and 3.54 in the rear?

X2. One to two teeth is the norm in OEM setups.

they do that so when your in 4x4 your front will pull a little more than the back, so it drive better in snow and such correct?

That's the general theory. You want the front to be able to lift and pull rather than plow.
