Arrow fueltank & tcase skids (Tomken & JCR)

was gonna buy the jcr tcase skid...

http://www.jcroffroad.com/product/XJ...XJ-SKD-TC.html

but then saw the tomken one...

http://www.tomken.com/detail.php?id=119

anyone have any experience with the tomken skid? seems the same design but not sure about the mounting or wether its better, pros and cons?

now to fueltank skids. was gonna buy the rustys one but read too many comments about it not fitting and alot of drilling so it can actually line up which turned me off of that one..then i saw the tomken skid..

http://www.tomken.com/detail.php?id=109

both tomken skids are cheaper than the JCR and Rustys skids and seem to be pretty durable. just not 100% sure on the quality of tomken. i know jcr has good quality but would i get a better deal (price and durability) with tomken?

Well from reading the tomken tcase skid is 3/16" but they're gas skid is only 1/8".

JCR is 3/16" on both.

1/8" sounds a little thin for a gas tank skid if you plan on dragging it around but would probably work.

that is true that it is pretty skinny but i really dont play on rocks that much. but then again what other gastank skid would be durable, fit, and not break the bank?

im leaning more towards JCR tcase skid and tomken gastank skid..unless i find a better skid for good price (>250)

Check around used yet? That's always a possibility.

If your not doing anything 2 crazy, my stock gas tank skid has taken a pretty good beating and is holding up well.the stock t case skid stinks but so far the tank skid had been good
