front leaf bolt stuck

im in the process of lifting my 90 and the front leaf spring bolt wont come out drilled through floor i can feel the bolt spinning but cant tell if the nuts there i think it is can anyone please tell me how to remove the bolt so i can finish my lift

if the nut is spining weld it back or use a wrench on it. if the bolt is rusted to the bushing cut the end of the bolt off first then back it out of the nut then cut between the bushing next to get it the leaf out.

^^ Thats what I had to do on my 90' as well. As you go, replace all the hardware with new grade 8, you won't be disappointed.
