I installed a Rusty's hidden winch bumper on mine, and I love it. I put a Warn 9000 lb winch with synthetic rope and lights. I was initially concerned about the extra weight pulling the front end down, but no problem at all.

Don't forget these..................

Pro:
place to stand or kneel when working on the back of the engine or deep in the engine compartment

Con:
place to knock your head when you crawl out from under the front end and forget the bumper sticks out so far

TRCM that reminds me of the time my dad and I we're doing something to his Jeep (97 Grand). Stood on his stock bumper to get at the throttle cable, or something, and when I straightened back up to get down, the whole bumper fell off. It's only plastic with styrofoam packing.
My Jeep has a light weight wench bumper, doesn't weigh much. I definitely second TRCM on both parts, and to add, hitting your bumper with your shins as I have makes you use some very colorful words.
